Off-Road Excitement: Explore the Unknown, Capture the Moment!
Recently, I had the opportunity to go on an adventure with my buddy Chris, who owns two electric bikes made by Surron. These bikes are a thrilling mix between a dirt bike and a mountain bike, offering a unique riding experience unlike anything I've tried before. What impressed me the most was how fast they could go, zipping through trails and terrain with ease.
Growing up, I spent countless hours riding dirt bikes and quads in the forest trails of northern Michigan. It was a big part of my childhood, so getting back on a bike that reminded me of those times was incredibly exciting and nostalgic.
Chris and I decided to explore some dirt trails near us, and I couldn't resist the opportunity to grab my camera and take some photos of him riding. It felt great to return to my roots and capture the action and adrenaline of off-road biking.
Our adventure didn't stop there. We stumbled upon a pit bike track near a park, and I was able to get some amazing shots of Chris making jumps and tearing up the track. It was a fantastic experience, and I relished the chance to shoot action sports and lifestyle again, something I haven't done in a while.
Rediscovering My Roots
Shooting action sports and lifestyle is what got me started with photography and filmmaking. When I first started out, I used to shoot me and my friends doing parkour, creating a website to invite more people to join us. It was a passion that eventually led me to start my own company.
